FREE LEGAL CLINIC for EVICTIONS, FORECLOSURES, COLLECTIONS, AND CONSUMER CIVIL ACTIONS:

If you are summoned into court on any of the above listed proceedings and cannot afford an attorney, you may qualify for free legal assistance.

The Clarence Darrow Court Clinic is held weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Trumbull County Bar Association, 120 High Street, NW, Warren, Ohio 44481.

It is recommended that you attend a clinic BEFORE your scheduled hearing.

Pre-registration is strongly suggested. Contact Community Legal Aid at (855) 847-1662 to pre-register and see if you qualify for free legal assistance at this clinic.

NOTE: this clinic is scheduled to begin on February 11th. If your hearing is set before this date, please let them know when you call to register.

Rental, Mortgage & Utility Assistance

For Trumbull County Residents

The Trumbull County Action Program (TCAP) has COVID Relief funds to assist Trumbull County residents with payments for rent, mortgage, and utilities so they don't get evicted.

TCAP is partnering with the following agencies who, along with TCAP, can assist people to complete the applications to gain access to these funds so that they are not evicted from their homes:
