This Court does not accept personal or business checks.
** Officers must note on the citation the # of prior traffic offenses (w/in one year) or the degree of the charge**
Fines are doubled in construction zone when "Workers Present"
** Distracted Driving is an Enhancement to another Driving Violation if Caused by Distracted Driving - Fine is $100.00 & Will be Waived w/Proof if Course Taken Through BMV **
All waivers must include proof of financial responsibility to avoid an FRA suspension by the BMV.
There is a $25.00 state bond fee in addition to any bond posted
