FOR:
OSP and PUCO citations under above sections for all charges which do not include an out of service order other than radar detector, the bond and waiver shall be $111.00

For all charges which include an out of service order the bond and waiver shall be $265.00

Officers should note clearly on the citation or accompanying documentation weather an out of service order was issued.
